Frittata!

Happy Monday!  Happy MLK Day!  Happy Day Off (if you're lucky enough to have today off...)!  Good day already and it's not even noon.

Guess what I did this morning!? 

I made a FRITTATA!  ...and I used my scary, scary broiler for the first time.  Here are some pictures of my ultimate frittata experience:
