It was delicious. I forgot to add the dill to it (and I even have fresh dill in my fridge!)... so I guess I'll just have to make it again and add the dill. Oh darn.

What's the dill-y?
Fish fish fish fish fish fish fish fish... do you like it? What's your favorite kind? I think one of my next goals will be to try different kinds of fish. I am in no way a fish connoisseur. Maybe I should be.

Yum! I love salmon, stone-ground mustard, AND especially, horseradish. Sounds great! Was it spicy?
